ZT · HJ251 (low manganese, medium silicon and fluorine)
■ Detailed explanation
Compliant: GB / T12470 F48A0-H10Mn2
Note: HJ251 is a smelting type low manganese medium silicon and fluorine flux, which is light yellow to light green pumice-like particles with a particle size of 10-60 mesh. DC power supply is used, and the welding wire is connected to the positive electrode, and the welding process performance is good.
Uses: Used with chrome-molybdenum steel wire to weld pearlite heat-resistant steel. Such as welding turbine rotors. It can also be used for welding other low alloy steels.
Reference composition of flux (%)
SiO2+Al2O3 | CaF2+CaO+MgO | S | P |
36-45 | 40-53 | ≤0.05 | ≤0.08 |
Mechanical properties of deposited metal: (GB / T12470 F48A0-H10Mn2)
Pilot projects | ó s (Mpa) | ó b (Mpa) | δ5( %) | Akv(J), 0℃ |

· Precautions:
1. The flux must be baked at about 300-350 ℃ for 2 hours before use.
2. Before welding, rust, oil, moisture and other impurities on the weldment should be removed.
