ZT · HJ107 (manganese-free, silicon, fluorine)
· Compliant: GB / T17854-1999, F308-H0Cr21Ni10
· Description: HJ107 is a smelting manganese-free medium-silicon and fluorine-containing flux, which is blue-grey to dark gray pumice, with a particle size of 2.0-0.28mm (10-60 mesh). Adopting DC power supply, the welding wire is connected to the positive electrode, the welding depth is shallow, the arc is stable, the slag is easy to be formed, and the weld seam is beautifully formed. When welding austenitic stainless steel, it has the characteristics of less carbon increase and less chromium burnout.
· Uses: Used for surfacing or welding with austenitic stainless steel welding wire or welding tape such as H0Cr21Ni10, H0Cr20Ni10Ti, H00Cr24Nil2Nb, H0Cr16Mn16, etc., can be used for surfacing welding of corrosion-resistant layers and components of petrochemical equipment, and also for surfacing of high manganese steel Welding or repair welding.
